Excel has a variety of features that make crunching numbers and analyzing data quick and easy. It also has tools for displaying data in more ways than just a list or table. Charts are simple to make and provide an effective way to visualize your data. You can choose from a variety of chart types, including column charts, line charts, pie charts, area charts, and bar charts. To format a cell, select the cell and then use the formatting buttons on the Home tab or the Format menu. You can also use the Format Painter to copy formatting from one cell or range of cells to another.
